Main functions: The crushed and ground photovoltaic panel is sent to the specific gravity screen through the spiral, the specific gravity separator will transport the dense metal in the powder material forward, and the metal outlet in front of the specific gravity separator is discharged, and the remaining materials enter the electrostatic separator to separate the residual metal. There is a cyclone dust collection equipment connected with the specific gravity separator and electrostatic separator, which will collect the dust generated during the operation of the equipment. Process description
- Using a robot feeding system to feed the scrap panels into the conveyor;Then the panel will pass through a 3D scanning system, so the size and the position of the J-box information will be saved in the system then the following machines will adjust automatically to remove the j-boxes and frame.
- Remove the junction box automatically by J-box removing machine automatically;from this process we get J-boxes,if you need further processing and recycling of j-boxes,we can also provide solution and machines for you.
- Remove the aluminum frame of four sides by de-framing machine.from this process,we get aluminum, and can sell directly;
- Then the Solar sheets will be conveyed into the glass removing machine to remove the glass automatically by glass removing machine equipped with dust collector to keep the workshop dust free.From this process, about 85%-95% of the glass is removed and collected from the solar panels
- After removing the aluminum frame,junction box and glass, the EVA&Silicon cell sheets will be conveyed into single shaft shredder to be shredded into about 1-2cm in size
- After shredding,materials will be conveyed by wind conveyor into grinder machine to be grinded into powder
- The powder materials will be conveyed into the air gravity separator by screw conveyor and to do the first separation of copper and plastic.The 95% of copper metal is collected in this process;
In this process, the rest of the silicon powder mixed with glass will be collected by the cyclone collector(wind suction system) from the top of air separator.Since the silicon powder is very fine powder so it can be collected by a cyclone collector. - The plastic sorted from air gravity separator will be conveyed into the electrostatic separator to be sorted again, from this process we get clean EVA mixed plastic and little mixed metal powder.
- All the process equipped with pulse dust collector to keep the workshop dust free. Since this is a total physical process only some dust caused and collected by dust collectors, and no other pollution caused.
