Technical description:

The belt dryer is ready for transport and assembly, fully complete and in excellent working condition.
It is equipped with a new belt, 3 fans, and complete components for the raw material intake and dried material discharge zones.
The set includes 3 complete control cabinets responsible for the automatic drying process.

• 11 heat exchangers
• Input capacity: 6–7 tons/h
• Output capacity: 4–4.5 tons/h (depending on the thermal power of the installed furnace)
• Input material moisture: approx. 50%
• Output material moisture: approx. 10%
• Water evaporation: approx. 3 t/h
• Supply temperature: 100°C
• Return temperature: approx. 70°C
• Heat transfer medium: water / glycol
• Effective drying area: 65 m² (actively ventilated with hot air)

The price includes:

• Loading and transport of the dryer to a designated location in Poland,
• Installation of the dryer with the participation of a STELA representative supervising the proper execution of the work,
