Complete wood pellet production line designed for dry wood chips with a nominal capacity of up to 10 t/h. The installation includes a full raw material storage and conveying system (silos, bunkers, conveyors, bucket elevators), size reduction on a Champion CHAMP 30×54 hammer mill (250 kW), and conditioning via Salmatec 1900LS with moisture measurement and steam/water dosing. Pelletizing is performed on three presses: 2× Salmatec Maxima 840 and 1× CPM 7930-4. Finished pellets are cooled, screened into three fractions and dedusted in a central dust extraction system with cyclone and bag filter. Steel structures and service platforms included.
